a.  Enhanced Classroom System Bid #14-F-217-A:  Bid established for the purchase of Enhanced Classroom System to include Equipment and/or Services at a firm fixed price.  Contract Period:  August 21, 2014 through August 20, 2017.  Twelve (12) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for download, two (2) bids received and one (1) No Bid.  The vendor awarded is the overall lowest, best, responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications.
